Dive and Snorkeltrips with BBdivers

We have daily boat trips on which we visit two or three different sites.

Most days we will go out for a full day trip, when we visit the local sites around Koh Kood we would be back around 3 pm. When we visit Koh Rang National Park  the day will be longer with return around 5pm.

The divers and freedivers are guided in small groups and the snorkelers have a snorkel guide to show places of interest. On day trips we pick you up at the hotel in the morning to take you to the dive center near the pier where we try the equipment before going on board. Full equipment is included for all activities. On board there is coffee and tea, water, soft drinks, biscuits, lunch buffet and fruit.

All activities are run from the same boat, 80% of the dive sites are also very good snorkel sites. In case we do dive one of the deeper sites then we take the divers there with our small speedboat while the BB boat stays with the snorkelers for safety and comfort.

You might want to:

  • Rent a digital camera for the day, 1000 baht.
  • Rent a dive computer for the day, 200 baht.

Coral watch dives

Next to the regular dives we offer coral watch dives. This is a day of diving, where we visit the reefs using coral charts, taking data to map the reef and check how it is affected over time. It is a fun way to learn about the coral reef, and a great feeling to make your dives count! If you are interested have a look at www.coralwatch.org
